My order was marked delivered at my house but it’s not here.Updated 3 days ago

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will either leave your delivery in a safe location, facilitate collection at a local collection point (eg the post office), or arrange for re-delivery. 

You should be able to determine this via the scanning history on your order's tracking link.

If your order has been marked as delivered at your home address provided:

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in your order confirmation email) to ensure it was addressed to the right location.

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier via the contact details on your tracking link.
