What if my package has arrived to me damaged?Updated 14 days ago

If the outer packaging of your Makedo (eg, your delivery package, or the box containing a kit) has been damaged in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible with images of the damage.

In the instance of cosmetic damage to the product packaging that does not affect the product’s purpose or usability, we will assess the damage on a case-by-case basis and provide compensation or credit accordingly. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to choose a safe delivery location at checkout, and Makedo does not accept responsibility for damages to packaging or product due to orders left at the designated delivery address.
