Shipping times are estimates only. Once your parcel has shipped it becomes the responsibility of the courier service to deliver your order successfully.

Delivery to Australia:
Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 2 business days via Australia Post from our facilities in Sydney and Perth and generally arrive between 2-6 business days from dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for labels to scan after dispatch for standard post. Express shipping is also available.
Delivery to New Zealand:
Standard shipping orders are dispatched from Sydney within 2 business days via Aramex or New Zealand Post, and generally arrive 9-15 days from dispatch. Scanning may be delayed for 5-7 days on your tracking until the last mile of its journey and we include this delay in our delivery estimate.
Delivery to the United States:
All US orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Orders to the US generally arrive in 4-8 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours for labels to scan after dispatch.
Delivery to Canada:
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and are shipped from Ontario using the most suitable destination-based option (road or air freight) with Purolator, Canada Post or Uniuni. Canadian deliveries generally arrive 3-14 business days from dispatch.
Delivery to the United Kingdom:
All UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Orders to the UK are shipped using a 1-3 day service, via either Royal Mail (up to 1.99kg) or DPD (2kg and up).
Delivery to countries within the EU :
Standard shipping orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands within approximately 1-2 business days. Please see our Shipping/Delivery page for estimated delivery dates by country.
Other countries:
Countries outside approximately 1-2 business days and will arrive according to the carrier estimate calculated at checkout.
Please note that additional time may be required for customs processing of International shipments. Deliveries to remote locations may experience longer shipping times.
