Some customers report a ZIP CODE error during checkout.

Error message: ZIP CODE does not match billing address

This can happen when the Autofill feature in your chosen browser enters the ZIP or Postal Code incorrectly. 

We suggest manually checking that the details are entered correctly. 

E.g. For customers in Canada, the Zip Code is usually written as two groups of three characters, with a space between:

M4C 4J6

If this does not work for you, try again without the space:

M4C4J6

Be sure to use UPPERCASE characters when typing your Zip Code.
