BFCM 2026 — Website Sale Terms and Conditions

5.4.2 BLACK FRIDAY SALE 2026

(a) The Black Friday Sale starts at 4:00pm on Monday 2 November 2026 and ends at 4:00pm on Tuesday 1 December 2026, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT, UTC+11; Melbourne time) (“Sale Period”).

(b) Participating products available through the official Makedo website have advertised discounts ranging from 10% to 35% off. Exclusions apply, including the Maker Bundle and Holiday Bundle B2B. Discounts and availability vary by product and market; the applicable sale price is displayed before payment. Explore Plus and Discover Plus are included at an advertised 20% off in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, participating EU destinations and New Zealand. Create Plus is included at an advertised 20% off in the United States only.

(c) The sale is available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

(d) Orders must be placed and paid for through the Website during the Sale Period. Purchases through wholesale channels, the B2B portal, resellers, distributors and third-party marketplaces do not qualify. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Products are available while stocks last; no rainchecks apply.

(e) Sale purchases may qualify for the Gift with Purchase, VIP Shop & Win and VIP Extra 5% offers below, subject to their respective conditions. Other discounts, codes or promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted by Makedo.

(f) Normal shipping charges, duties and applicable taxes apply. Returns are governed by clause 8, subject to applicable consumer law, and product refunds reflect the price actually paid. Nothing in these promotional terms limits statutory cancellation, return, refund or other consumer rights.

(g) Makedo may make reasonable changes where necessary because of stock availability, errors or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Changes will be published on the Website and will not reduce entitlements on orders already accepted. Pricing errors will be handled under clause 4(f).

5.4.3 BLACK FRIDAY GIFT WITH PURCHASE

(a) During the Sale Period, one free Scru-Dot pack is automatically added to the cart when the qualifying spend is reached, while promotional stocks allocated to the delivery market last. No code is required.

(b) The minimum qualifying spend in a single order is:

• United States: US$100

• Canada: CA$140

• United Kingdom: £70

• Australia: AU$125

• France, Germany and the other EU countries listed in clause 5.4.2(c): €90

(c) Qualifying spend is the product total after all discounts, including the VIP Extra 5% discount where used. It includes displayed GST or VAT in Australia, the United Kingdom and participating EU countries, but excludes separately added sales taxes in the United States and Canada. Shipping, duties, gift-card purchases and the free gift do not count towards the threshold.

(d) There is a limit of one free pack per qualifying order. Separate orders cannot be combined. The offer is available only in the markets listed in clause 5.4.3(b).

(e) The available gift design will be shown in the cart and may vary by market. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Makedo will honour gifts confirmed on accepted orders; if an exceptional fulfilment issue arises, we will contact the customer to agree a remedy.

(f) If a cancellation or accepted return reduces the order below the qualifying threshold, the free gift must also be returned, subject to applicable consumer law.

5.4.4 MAKEDO VIP SHOP & WIN

(a) Entry opens at 12:00am on 2 November 2026 and closes at 11:59:59pm on 9 November 2026, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT, UTC+11). Entry is open to eligible residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France and Germany who are at least 18 and have reached their local age of majority.

(b) Eligible customers who receive Makedo’s BFCM 2026 VIP offer directly and place a qualifying order during the entry period receive automatic entry when using their VIP email address at checkout. No minimum merchandise spend applies.

(c) No purchase is necessary for US and Canadian residents, and a purchase will not increase their chances of winning. Eligible residents may enter by emailing [email protected] during the entry period with their first name, last name and email address, stating that they wish to enter VIP Shop & Win. VIP status and a marketing subscription are not required for this method.

(d) There is one entry per person across all entry methods and one prize in total: a Makedo shopping voucher worth US$50, CA$75, £40, AU$75 or €45, depending on the winner’s country. A selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question.

(e) The full Makedo VIP Shop & Win Terms and Conditions apply, including eligibility, draw, prize redemption and winner notification requirements. Those rules prevail over this summary and any inconsistent general promotional terms.

5.4.5 BLACK FRIDAY VIP EXTRA 5% OFF

(a) Selected customers from Makedo’s existing VIP audience who have not yet purchased during the sale and receive this offer directly from Makedo can receive an additional 5% off eligible sale prices. The offer is available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France and Germany.

(b) The offer runs from 12:00am on 9 November 2026 until 11:59:59pm on 16 November 2026, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT, UTC+11).

(c) Customers must enter their issued VIP code at checkout and use the email address to which the offer was sent. The code is valid once per customer, with no minimum spend, and cannot be transferred or applied retrospectively. An already-issued code remains valid until its expiry under these conditions, even if the recipient later places a separate order.

(d) The additional 5% applies to eligible BFCM merchandise and is calculated on the sale price, not the original price. Gift-card purchases, wholesale/B2B and products excluded from the sale, including the Maker Bundle and Holiday Bundle B2B, are ineligible. Using a gift card as payment is distinct from buying a gift card. For example, a product discounted by 35% receives a total discount of 38.25% when the additional 5% is applied. Shipping, duties and separately charged taxes are not discounted.

(e) The code may be used alongside the sitewide sale and Gift with Purchase offer, provided the qualifying gift threshold is met after all discounts. It cannot be combined with other discount codes, loyalty redemption discounts or the Shop & Win prize voucher.
