When does the Black Friday Sale run?
The sale starts on Monday 2 November 2026 at 4:00 pm and ends on Tuesday 1 December 2026 at 4:00 pm AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time / UTC+11).
What discounts are available during the sale?Discounts range from 10% to 35% off selected products across the website. In addition:
Explore Plus and Discover Plus are 20% off in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, France, Germany, and participating EU destinations.
Create Plus is 20% off exclusively in the United States.
The discounted sale price is shown directly on the product and cart pages prior to checkout.
Are any items excluded from the sale?Yes. The Maker Bundle and Holiday Bundle B2B are excluded from promotional discounts. Wholesale orders, B2B portal orders, gift cards, and third-party marketplace purchases also do not qualify.
Which countries are eligible for the sale?The sale is live across official Makedo website storefronts serving Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and 29 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Do I need a coupon code to get the sitewide discounts?No code is necessary for the standard Black Friday discounts. Eligible prices are automatically marked down on the website.

How do I get the free Scru-Dot pack?When your order meets the minimum spend threshold in your currency, one free Scru-Dot pack will automatically add to your cart while promotional stocks last. No discount code is needed.
What is the minimum spend to qualify for the free gift?The qualifying thresholds per single order are:
United States: US$100 (pre-tax)
Canada: CA$140 (pre-tax)
United Kingdom: £70 (VAT inclusive)
Australia: AU$125 (GST inclusive)
European Union (participating destinations): €90 (VAT inclusive)
How is the qualifying spend calculated?Qualifying spend is based on the product total after all discounts have been applied (including any VIP codes). Shipping charges, import duties, gift card purchases, and sales taxes (in the US and Canada) do not count toward the threshold.
Can I get more than one free gift if I place a large order?There is a limit of one free gift per qualifying order. Separate orders cannot be combined to reach the threshold or claim additional gifts.
What happens to the free gift if I return my order?
If a return or cancellation brings your remaining order total below the qualifying spend threshold, the free gift must also be returned in accordance with our return terms.

What is the VIP Extra 5% Off offer?Selected VIP customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, France, and Germany who receive the offer directly can use their unique VIP code between 12:00 am on 9 November and 11:59:59 pm on 16 November 2026 (AEDT) to save an extra 5% on top of eligible sale prices.
How is the VIP Extra 5% calculated?The 5% is applied to the already-discounted sale price, not the original retail price. For example, if an item is marked down 35%, applying the extra 5% discount brings the total discount to 38.25% off the original price.
Can I combine my VIP Extra 5% code with other coupons?Your VIP code works on top of the sitewide sale and can be used alongside the Gift with Purchase promotion (provided your cart still meets the threshold after the 5% discount). However, it cannot be combined with other coupon codes, loyalty points redemption, or a Shop & Win voucher.
Shipping, Stock & Order Policies
Can discounts be applied to past orders?No. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the sale started or outside the promotion period.
Are items held if stock runs out?
Sale pricing is strictly while stocks last. We do not offer rainchecks or backorders at sale prices once an item is out of stock in your region.
