Cardboard Club - How to use Reward points

New to the Cardboard Club? Here is how to use the Reward points for your next Makedo purchase.

How to use your Reward points:

*Please note that once you have clicked on "Redeem", the points are converted into a discount coupon. This conversion is permanent and cannot be undone. The coupon will then be available to copy to your clipboard and can be pasted directly into the discount or voucher code box at the checkout in the Makedo Shop.

1. Accessing your Cardboard Club account:

At the top of the page, you'll see a login portal. If you go ahead and add your details in, you'll be able to log into your account to see what points you've managed to collect already! You can either log in with a password, or log in via a link sent to your email address, if preferred.

2. Redeeming your points:

If you then scroll down, you should see some tiles showing you how to collect points and below, how to redeem them. The tiles underneath will show you which rewards you have available to redeem, and those which you have already redeemed:

Once you have collected enough points to redeem in the form of a reward voucher or coupon, this will show up in the 'Active' rewards section. If you have a redeemable reward, simply click the 'Redeem' button in the relevant tile to spend your points.

A discount code will automatically be produced for you to copy and paste directly into a box at the checkout. Click the copy icon to the right to copy the code to your clipboard.

3. Applying your discount code:

The copied code can now be pasted directly into the 'Discount code or gift card' box beneath products in your cart when you proceed to the checkout:

The discount code should now have been applied to your order, with the discounted amount reflected in the cart total. Please note that discounts and voucher codes cannot be combined in the Makedo Shop.

Now you're all set to redeem your Cardboard Club points before your next spend!
