We are running a promotion that entitles you to free shipping for your Makedo order at checkout! There's nothing you need to do here to be eligible - the code "FREESHIPPING25" will be automatically applied at checkout.

Q: I have a discount code unrelated to free shipping - can it be used with the free shipping promotion?
A: Our discount codes do not stack at checkout - the Free Shipping Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, voucher codes or promotions. We recommend choosing the offer which provides the biggest discount! If you would prefer free shipping over your code for a discount on your order, please remove the order discount at checkout and the free shipping will re-apply.
Q: Is there a minimum order value?
A: There is no minimum order value to enjoy your free shipping discount! Our usual minimum order values for free shipping do not apply.
Q: How long does this promotion last?
A: Our free shipping promotion is valid until 14 December 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (Eastern Time Zone - United States).
Q: Are there any countries excluded from this promotion?
A: This promotion applies to all locations we ship to except for our international destinations - Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. Standard shipping rates apply for these locations.

5.4.1 FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
(a) From 2 December 2025 at 01:00 AM (EST) until 14 December 2025 at 11:59 PM (EST) (the “Promo Period”), customers are eligible for free standard shipping (“Free Shipping Offer”) on all eligible orders placed through the official Makedo website.
(b) The Free Shipping Offer applies only to standard shipping. Charges for express, expedited, remote-area, or international shipping continue to apply at standard rates.
(c) The Free Shipping Offer requires the use of a valid discount code entered at checkout. The code must be applied at the time of purchase. It cannot be added or applied retrospectively to past or existing orders once payment has been completed.
(d) The Free Shipping Offer is available for multiple uses per customer during the Promo Period. It may be applied to any number of qualifying orders placed and paid in full during the Promo Period.
(e) The Free Shipping Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, voucher codes or promotions.
(f) The Free Shipping Offer does not apply to orders placed via resellers, distributors or third-party marketplaces.
(g) (Returns & Cancellations): If a customer cancels or returns an order shipped under the Free Shipping Offer for reasons other than a defect or fault (for example, change of mind), Makedo reserves the right to deduct the standard shipping cost from any refund, or to charge the standard shipping cost for any re-shipment, in accordance with the Makedo Return & Refund Policy. If a return is due to a fault, defect or other issue covered under applicable consumer protection laws. In that case, shipping costs will be handled in line with those requirements and the Makedo Return & Refund Policy.
(h) (Customs, Duties & Import Charges): Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance costs or border processing fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the Free Shipping Offer.
(i) (Delivery Timeframes): Makedo will process and dispatch qualifying orders promptly; however, we do not guarantee delivery before festive holiday dates or specific deadlines. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors outside our control, including delays from third-party postal or courier services, customs processing, or high seasonal volume. Makedo is not liable for delays caused by external carriers or logistics providers.
(j) Makedo may modify, suspend or terminate the Free Shipping Offer at any time, including the Promo Period, eligibility criteria or conditions. Any changes take effect once updated on the website. Orders placed before any update will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of purchase.
