If you have ordered from Amazon or a Makedo reseller or retailer, and need an update on your delivery status, we recommend reaching out to the merchant or Amazon directly for help. 

If an item from one of your kits is faulty or missing, however - our team may be able to assist. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] with a a photo of the package, and the contents that were inside, in addition to the batch code listed on the side of the box (a 5-digit number to the bottom-right of the barcode, usually starting in 2). This will help us identify and log the issue.
