My Makedo delivery contains the wrong itemsUpdated 15 days ago

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue to our team via email for further assistance.

If you discover that your package is missing some Makedo, or if it contains the wrong items, please contact our team at [email protected] within 30 days from when the order was delivered, providing images for reference where possible.

It would be a great help if you could include a photo of the items you received, your order number, and the name of the missing item(s).


If you were missing a tool that was supposed to be included in on of our kits:

Please send us a photo of the package, and the contents that were inside, in addition to the batch code listed on the side of the box (a 5-digit number to the bottom-right of the barcode, usually starting in 2).


Please also double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.
