Tools missing from Kits:
If you were missing a tool that was supposed to be included in a Makedo kit or box (e.g., Explore Kit, Spin-Hinges):
Please send us a photo of the package, and the contents that were inside, in addition to the batch code listed on the side of the box (a 5-digit number to the bottom-right of the barcode, usually starting in 2 - e.g., 24058). Our team will be able to make sure you receive everything you've ordered!
