My order is delayed in transit - what can I do?Updated 6 days ago
We want you to receive your Makedo as soon as possible, and we aim to provide accurate tracking predictions, but orders can sometimes be subject to courier delays along the way.
If your order appears to be delayed in transit, with no ETA provided on your tracking link, or if there has been a significant delay on your package's scanning on its way to you, we strongly recommend reaching out to the courier service listed on your order's tracking link. They'll be able to provide you with delivery updates directly.
If the courier cannot do not provide you with a satisfactory resolution, or you do not receive a response, please contact our customer support team by emailing [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
It is your responsibility as the order's recipient to ensure that you monitor the order tracking link that was initially provided via email, and to reach out if you have not received your package by our estimated delivery date.
We recommend checking your tracking regularly and reaching out regarding delayed or mis-delivered orders within one week of any delay past your order's estimated date of arrival. We may not be able to investigate delivery issues if a significant amount of time has passed since your order was dispatched.
Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only and not a guarantee. Once your parcel has shipped it becomes the responsibility of the courier service. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds or free returns for orders delivered after the estimated delivery date.
Please note that shipments travelling between countries can be delayed at country borders, customs, or other routing destinations along the way.
