What happens if my order is "Returned to Sender?"Updated 19 hours ago

If your Makedo order:

- was submitted with incorrect or incomplete address details, 

- has been subject to multiple failed delivery attempts   

- was not collected within a specified time from a collection point (eg, your local post office),

it may be returned to our dispatch warehouse. 

Notification: As soon as your order is returned to the warehouse it was shipped from, we will notify you via email. Please be aware that the process of an order being returned to sender can sometimes take longer than the original delivery time. It can take 1-2 business days for an order to be processed and received at our warehouse after delivery. 

Re-delivery: In cases where an order is returned due to an incorrect address or a non-viable delivery location provided during checkout, you will be liable to pay a re-delivery fee to have the order sent out again. We encourage all customers to double-check their delivery information carefully before confirming their order to avoid such fees and delays. 

Please note that the stock from your order may be returned to our stock holding immediately after it is returned and we cannot guarantee re-shipment of all items originally ordered.

Refund/credit: We are also happy to refund or credit your order in full minus the shipping/handling fee applicable in your region. This fee will apply even if your order was submitted with free shipping.
