Why has my support enquiry been answered by an AI Agent?Updated a day ago

If you send an email to [email protected], our AI Agent "Boxanne" may reply first, and then pass your query on to a human if you need any extra support.  

Boxanne checks the Makedo website and the guidance our support team has provided to see if there's any way it can help out first. Boxanne may also obtain some more information from you to pass your order along to a human support agent. If you let Boxanne know you'd like to speak to a human, it will happily transfer you to the next available agent.
