How do I apply promo/discount codes?Updated a month ago

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Discount Code'] field.

• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

My 10% voucher isn't working! What can I do?

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

If you're still unable to apply your discount code, if you have cancelled your order but you would like to place a new order with your unique discount code, or if you've just placed an order but forgotten an applicable discount code - we may be able to help (depending on the circumstances)!
